Graphic design is the practice and study of visual communication and creative problem solving. Students explore novel ways of design thinking on platform, format and context while considering materials and the medium in this process. Through experimentation and enquiry, our graphic design students reflect on the past, challenge the contemporary and anticipate the creative future.

Students are encouraged to develop a range of informed approaches to communicate with audiences across varied platforms and media and work across media and examine graphic design together with specialisms such as coding and data visualisation.
