Nicholas Davis

Nick is a mature expressive designer interested in bold typographic designs that hold strong visuals and meaning. He has a longheld interest in design and how we visually interpret the world around us through design principles and cues. This is explored in greater detail through his final project, a series of typographic posters that reflect a few of these principles or prompts in reaction to other artists.

He is also very interested in social change through design. His latest project seeks to raise awareness of the plight of post-lockdown local businesses. @sho__lo is a platform that showcases small businesses in the Greenwich borough through their personal stories. Throughout all of Nick's projects and central to his practice is a drive to stimulate interaction with the viewer either mentally or physically.

Showcasing these businesses and the personalities behind them SHO LO. presents a go-to directory of local produce and services. Giving back to the businesses that packed, knocked and delivered throughout lockdown for us, we want to ensure they and many others survive on our streets in the days to come.
