Shivani Gohil

Shivani is a mature, enthusiastic and industrious designer specialising in 3D design, print & textiles, and digital design. Practiced in Womenswear design, she is inspired by the beauty of the female form. Her designs blur from day to evening wear focusing on function over form. Inspiration often evolves from a focus through culture, art, structure, and unusual formations. With an eye for detail and exciting new texture, she enjoys transforming observational matters into a print or textile, bringing individuality to each collection. Effortless draping is a skill she has perfected throughout her degree. Function over form, her designs are contemporary and intriguing catering for the high-end market and modern woman. Her work often explores ways to create pieces that are sustainable by nature. She has interned at Emilia Wickstead as Design Assistant.
