John Reavey

Freelance Northern Irish Director John Reavey has been based in London from the age of 18 working in the industry, with an emphasis on coming-of-age and LGBTQ+ pieces.

Across 2019, his passion project ‘Reveal’ piece went on to be further funded by football organisation giants COPA90, and featured on Sky TV for the entirety of Pride Month. The piece earned awards across London and was screened across Trainline WiFi, Sports Media LGBTQ+ as well as gaining over 50,000 views online.

In 2020 Reavey announced the production of ‘Reavey Brothers’ - which crowd funded over £20,000 in one week. Co-written with Jordi Estape-Montserrat and featuring Dylan Llewellyn, ‘Reavey Brothers’ is currently postponed due to COVID-19.

A graduate in Digital Film Production from Ravensbourne University London, further clients Reavey has worked with include Tommy Hilfiger, Attitude Magazine, Stand Up To Cancer, Matty Healy and Victoria Square Belfast to name but a few.
