Jade O’Connor works in the art department of film and aspires to direct in the future. Art has always been a strong passion of hers as she strives to bring art to the forefront of her projects, using visual stimulus to pioneer new, modern methods of storytelling, always trying her best to help reduce the film industries carbon footprint in everything she makes.

SNAKEBITE is set out to be her directing debut and is greatly inspired by her personal experience with loss. SNAKEBITE is a poetic art film that explores the different emotions that people have experienced when they are grieving, shown through expressive, abstract vignettes and storytelling. Creating this piece felt like therapy as it allowed her to reconcile with emotions she was too scared to face. This film became a huge passion project for all involved and would not have been made possible without the dedication from all cast and crew.
